
Dr. Joshua Payne
Dr. Payne is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Sports Medicine surgeon specializing in arthroscopic (minimally invasive) and reconstructive surgery to the shoulder, elbow, and knee. His main interests are ACL reconstruction, multi-ligament knee reconstruction, meniscus and cartilage repair/preservation in the knee, rotator cuff and labral surgery, as well as shoulder arthroplasty (replacement).
About Dr. Payne
Dr Payne also cares for acute injuries including fractures (broken bones). dislocations, or any acute athletic injury. He brings his experience training at Level 1 Trauma Centers as well as working with NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS and Division 1 athletes to every patient encounter. His goals are joint preservation and conservative management whenever possible with the objective of restoring function and returning patients to their active lifestyles. Dr. Payne is currently a practicing partner at Texas Bone & Joint and has offices in Fort Worth and North Richland Hills.
